A THEOLOGIAN WITH A GOOD HEART - 150 WORDS

Renown among theologians is John Knox, born in the fifteenth century 1513 to be precise, he is known for directing his energy and time towards the common good of mankind, John was both a theologian, minister, philanthropist, humanitarian and versed writer from Scotland who founded the Presbyterian Church of Scotland. Though, John Knox was known to live a controversial life, which got him co-incidentally meddled in some political power play, he also had his belief strongly entrenched  in the protestant movement, which always saw him on the run most of his life. John is fore-mostly known for his kind and tender heart, always contributing towards the common good of the needy and poor of the society. This was not supposed to be as his romance with the aristocratic class and access to the corridors of power at that time did not stop the great minister of God from always fighting for the common good of the poor.
